It is well known that injection molding is an industry with a wide range of knowledge and strong technicality and practicality. Throughout the injection molding production process, plastic raw materials, color powder, sprue material, molds, injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, tooling fixtures, sprays, various auxiliary materials and packaging materials are needed. All these bring a large amount of workload and certain difficulties to the management of the injection molding workshop. Therefore, when we carry out injection molding processing, we must pay attention to the following three situations.
1. Different raw materials require different temperatures during injection molding processing. Both excessively high and low temperatures can have adverse effects on injection molding processing. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the color of the liquid raw materials. If the temperature is too high, burrs are very likely to occur. Therefore, we should strictly control the temperature of injection molding processing according to the different raw materials.
2. During the injection molding process, we also need to control the pouring speed well. If it is too fast, it is easy to produce burrs, and even lead to overfilling and burning. If it is too slow, there will be shrinkage and it is prone to breakage and other situations. Therefore, when we carry out injection molding processing, we must control the pouring speed well to ensure that the quality of the produced products meets the requirements.
During the injection molding process, we also need to pay attention to controlling the cooling time. The specific time required still needs to be determined according to the specific conditions of the processed products.
